Dr. Richard Snider, Clinic Director

Dr. Richard Snider was born and raised here in Vincennes, Indiana. His parents, Dick and Margaret Snider, encouraged the development of a solid work ethic as he grew up working in their family business, Snider Body Shop. Dr. Snider has three brothers, Michael who helps run the body shop with his parents, and Dr.’s Duane and Dion Snider, both chiropractors.
Dr. Snider graduated from Vincennes Lincoln High School and Vincennes University before attending Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri. He completed his internship at the Montgomery Health Care Center in St. Louis, Missouri.  After his graduation, he returned home and opened his practice in March, 1987.
Dr. Snider married his high school sweetheart, Lori (Luking), and they are blessed with 4 children, Erik, Sabra, Phillip, and Simon. He enjoys spending time with his family around the pool, snow skiing, working in his woodshop, being involved with the youth at church, and collecting Red Skelton memorabilia.  Dr. Snider and his family worship at the Monroe City Church of God.

Paula Rupprecht, Receptionist
Paula joined our staff in October, 2009 as the receptionist. She brings along 26 years of office experience. She and her husband Mike are life-long residents of Vincennes and are the parents of four children- Travis, Jared, Mallory, and Nathan, and are also grandparents to Tessa. In her free time Paula enjoys spending time with her children and grandchild as well as cooking and bicycling.

Donna Drew, RN, Patient Care Coordinator
Donna was invited to be a part of the Back2Health team because of her ever present cheerful attitude and genuine concern for patient's enjoying better health.  Donna assists Dr. Snider in patient evaluations, physical and DOT examinations, Functional Medicine Assessments, Gait Scan Analysis as well as assisting in physical therapy.  Donna and her husband, Alan, have raised 3 beautiful daughters, Heather, Erica, and Ashley.  When not playing with her grandchildren, Donna enjoys singing and playing music at Bethlehem General Baptist church.

Josh Keith, Exercise Physiologist

Josh's considerable knowledge and experience in physical fitness has proven very beneficial in helping patients regain strength and stability.  Josh takes the time to make sure each patient receives and understands a personalized exercise prescription.  When not in our office, you are likely to find Josh mentoring others in better lifestyle choices.  Josh and his fiance, Brittney, are busy planning their upcoming wedding.

Lori Snider, Patient Accounts Manager

While Lori may be a new face to most who come into the office, she actually was the very first employee of Back2Health.  After helping Dr. Snider open what was then called Snider Chiropractic in 1987, Lori spent the next 20 years as a 'stay at home mom' for Erik, Sabra, Phillip, and Simon.  She returns to the office to help patients with insurance billing as well as personal payment plans.  After hours you are likely to find Lori exercising at the YMCA or hosting StampinUp workshops.

Frieda Luking, Accounts Payable

Freida works behind the scenes as bookkeeper and accounts payable manager. Her attention to detail is an asset to our team.

Sabra Snider, Massage Practitioner and Practice Representative

Sabra is with us for the summer while she finishes her training as a Certified Massage Therapist. In addition to working with patients in the therapy unit, she also coordinates special events for the office. Sabra is a Bible Major at Anderson University and in her spare time can be found with her family, baking, running, and swing dancing.

Katrina Memering, Practice Representative

A new member to our team, Katrina has her Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Southern Indiana in Health Services Administration.  Katrina will be working on coordinating our office on projects in and around the Knox County area. Katrina resides with her husband Keith in Knox County.  Katrina also enjoy's working for our local YMCA teaching Silver Sneakers classes two days a week.
